SUMMARY                  
Serves an integral role in marketing OpTerra’s suite of services to customers and prospects. Provides support in development and execution of marketing plan, works closely with business development teams, supports company goals through content generation and coordination of targeted marketing campaigns. Responsible for trade show and event logistics.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Content Generation
    • Develop content for marketing collateral & case studies
    • Coordinate press releases through external PR firm
    • Facilitate the assimilation of information for internal communications
    • Work with internal graphic design and marketing staff
    • Build and manage content editorial calendar
  • Marketing Campaigns
    • Collaborate with various teams throughout organization to coordinate the planning and execution of targeted marketing campaigns
    • Track prospects throughout campaign; provide regular updates to team; measure ROI and other metrics
  • Data Analysis
    • Leverage Salesforce database to proactively generate ideas for new content/collateral, lead targets and marketing campaigns through understanding of past successes
  • Event Support
    • Manage logistics around approximately 6 annual conferences
    • Provide support for other events as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Strong writing and editing skills required
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, self-motivated
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent time-management, multitasking, attention to detail, decision-making, interpersonal, and organization skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve, meeting short deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn about our services and how we go to market
  • Familiarity with Salesforce of other CRM is desired
  • Other tasks as assigned by manager

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • 2+ Years in B2B Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing or Communications

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
  • Normal Office Environment
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc .
